What we collect.

When you choose to submit a REMNANT form, assessment, checkout, or support request, we may collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, consent choices, purchase information, and the responses required to operate that specific experience.

Our website and service providers may also record basic technical and source information such as date and time, referring page, campaign parameters, browser or device information, and form-submission records.

The Broken Ground stays different.

THE BROKEN GROUND bearing is designed to run in your browser. Your assessment answers, loss selection, written “what else felt lost” response, territory scores, and downloaded bearing are not sent to REMNANT through the optional Bearings sign-up form.

If you separately submit the Bearings form, REMNANT receives only the contact information and consent choices shown in that form. The download is available whether or not you submit it.

How we use information.

We use submitted information to provide requested resources, administer assessments and purchases, maintain contact and consent records, communicate about REMNANT, protect the site, meet legal or compliance obligations, and improve the operation of our services.

We do not sell personal information. We may provide information to service providers that operate our website, forms, customer records, payments, email, SMS, analytics, storage, or security, only as needed for those services or as required by law.

Email and text choices.

Email and SMS permission are separate. Providing a phone number does not by itself authorize marketing text messages.

Marketing email will include a working unsubscribe method. Optional SMS messages are sent only when the applicable SMS consent is affirmatively given. Message frequency may vary; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Retention, security, and your choices.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including servicing the relationship, honoring consent and opt-out records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how personal information is used. You may also withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe or STOP instructions provided with a message.

Age and scope.

REMNANT is intended for adults. It is structured coaching and personal-development work, not emergency, medical, psychiatric, psychological, or clinical care. Review Safety + Scope before entering an assessment or program.
