ALL REMNANT ENROLLMENTS ARE FINAL.
Because access to digital program materials and program infrastructure begins upon enrollment, normal REMNANT digital-program purchases are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Know what you are entering.
REMNANT is structured Christian personal-development and coaching work. It requires active participation and can confront difficult emotional material. Purchasing access is not the work itself.
REMNANT is not emergency, medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or clinical care. It does not replace licensed professional care you may need, and it should not be used to discontinue appropriate existing care.
The mandatory Before You Enter gate and the checkout acknowledgement repeat this policy before payment. Enrollment confirmation should repeat it after payment.
SENTINEL is different.
SENTINEL is a private professional engagement governed by its signed agreement. It does not use the public digital-program checkout and is reviewed Part by Part before any agreement or private payment path is provided.
